HELP: Update an existing support item

 
To update an existing support item:
 
 
  1. Login: Contact Lead Free Design if you need your login information 
  2. Select your PROJECT from the list
  3. Click on TRACKERS on the menu bar
  4. Select the SUPPORT TRACKER from the list
  5. Select the ARTIFACT (item).
  6. Add / Edit the ARTIFACT.
  7. Attach any supporting documents as ATTACHMENTS
  8. Save

Note: Only one document may be physically attached to an Artifact (item). Multiple Documents can be logically attached to any ARTIFACT by uploading the documents to the project DOCUMENTS section, making note of the Document_Id, and associating the uploaded document to the ARTIFACT

To view the status of an existing support item:
 
 
  1. Login: Contact Lead Free Design if you need your login information 
  2. Select your project from the list
  3. Click on TRACKERS on the menu bar
  4. Select the SUPPORT TRACKER from the list
  5. Select the ARTIFACT (item) to view.

HELP: Download project file(s)

 
To download current or previous revisions of your project file(s):
 
 
  1. Login: Contact Lead Free Design if you need your login information 
  2. Select your project from the list
  3. Click on DOCUMENTS on the menu bar
  4. Select the document to download
  5. Select the revision (current or previous revisions)
  6. Select DOWNLOAD

HELP: Create a new support item

 
To create a new support item:
 
 
  1. Login: Contact Lead Free Design if you need your login information 
  2. Select your project from the list
  3. Click on TRACKERS on the menu bar
  4. Select the SUPPORT TRACKER from the list
  5. Create a new ARTIFACT (item).  See the EXAMPLE artifact for help
  6. Attach any supporting documents as ATTACHMENTS
  7. Save
